Meet the Teacher

I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years, and it has truly transformed my life. With a bachelor's degree from John Carroll University, where I studied Biology and Exercise Physiology, and a background as a college athlete, I’ve been passionate about movement as a path to strength, resilience, and growth. But yoga taught me something much deeper—it gave me tools to manage anxiety, find balance, and cultivate deep compassion for others, while guiding me toward a healthier, happier lifestyle rooted in self-discovery.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Ahana Yoga in Costa Rica, a program rooted in vinyasa flow, alignment-based movement, and yoga philosophy. Their training is recognized for its comprehensive approach to both the physical and spiritual aspects of the practice, blending anatomy, breath-work, and meditation to prepare teachers to lead with knowledge and authenticity.

Through teaching, I hope to share not only the physical benefits of yoga, but also the mental clarity and spiritual grounding it brings. My passion is to encourage others to step onto their mat, explore their practice, and discover how yoga can support them in all areas of life.

I currently teach in both Miami, Florida and Cleveland, Ohio, and I look forward to guiding others on their journey to transformation, peace, and self-discovery.
